She is very meticulous, Has a gentle touch, and worked seamlessly with two surgical techs during my surgery. My 35 yr old bridges needed to be replaced with titanium implants. This visit required an extraction of a back molar, a large bone graft implanted into my lower jaw to support 2 new implants, and a mini bone graft and implant in upper jaw was prepared for a tooth replacement .. almost 2 hours of work all done while I was awake ( my request.) I was totally relaxed throughout the entire surgery pain free while she was working in my mouth. I am. 77 yrs old And Dr “D” is the best. I was even able to drive myself home. Thank you Orange Blossom Oral Surgery for a great visit today. Amazing!!!Posted on Jacquelyn Simone Very professional and pleasant. Dr. explained everything. Wisdom Tooth Extractions Near You.
Wisdom teeth are the last molars to appear, often without enough space to grow in properly, leading to pain, infection, or cysts. Early removal is a key step in preventative care.
If you’ve waited to have your wisdom teeth removed, you may start to have problems later in life. It’s never too late! We are glad you are taking your oral health seriously. Call for a consultation to discuss your options about keeping or removing your wisdom teeth. In our Gibsonton office, we have advanced 3D technology to evaluate the anatomy of your wisdom teeth and propose a treatment plan tailored to you or your loved one.
Why Wisdom Teeth Are Removed ?
Our dentist may recommend removing your wisdom teeth if:
- Pain: Wisdom teeth can cause pain due to cavities, infections, or growing pains.
- Orthodontics: They may interfere with your orthodontic plan if there’s not enough space.
- Misalignment: Wisdom teeth can come in at odd angles, causing pain and pressure.
- Bad Taste/odor: Trapped food and bacteria around partially erupted wisdom teeth can lead to bad breath and taste.
Some patients may feel pain or discomfort from impacted or angled wisdom teeth. If you’re looking for wisdom tooth extractions near you, contact our office to book a consultation. We’ll take X-rays and examine your mouth to see if removal is needed.

BOARD CERTIFIED ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEONS
Dr. Doroshenko & Dr. Jimenez are both board certified by the prestigious ABOMS (American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons) and keep their knowledge up to date with frequent continuing education classes and hands-on courses, to provide you with the best treatment possible.
